We manufacture all types of tanks and vessels, designed to operate at both atmospheric and high pressure.

Storage Tanks and Vessels

We manufacture tanks and storage vessels with a capacity of up to 100 m3

We can manufacture vessels with various geometries, including cylindrical and parallelepiped shapes. We produce them with Torispherical (Klopper) heads, flat bottoms, and more.

Reactors: We manufacture jacketed reactors with agitation systems. Reactor jackets can be conventional, dimple jackets, half-pipe coils, or other types.

Materials

We work exclusively with austenitic stainless steels, including 304L, 316L, duplex, super duplex, and more. We also manufacture vessels using nickel alloys, Hastelloy, and other specialty metals.

Finishes

The surface finish of our equipment meets the most rigorous standards of the pharmaceutical industry. We can provide surface finishes of up to 0.2 $\mu m$ via electropolishing.

Vessel Certification

We perform in-house pressure vessel calculations in accordance with the PED, following ASME and AD Merkblatt codes. Our welders are certified in all necessary welding procedures. We also manage the legalization projects for the pressure equipment we manufacture.

Testing

We conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing, including:

  • Liquid penetrant testing.

  • Weld inspections.

  • Material composition control.

Documentation

We deliver our pressure vessels with all required documentation:

  • As-built construction drawings.

  • Type 3.1 material certificates.

  • Surface roughness certificates.

  • Welding procedures and welder certifications.

  • Hydrostatic test records.

  • Calibration certificates for the instruments used.

  • A complete certification dossier for pressure vessels (where applicable).

We are accredited under the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Industrial tanks and storage vessels

Jacketed reactors

We design and manufacture reactors with agitation systems and different types of jackets: conventional, dimple jacket, half-pipe coil, and special solutions.

High-resistance materials

We work with austenitic stainless steels 304L, 316L, duplex, super duplex, and special alloys such as Hastelloy and nickel.

Pharmaceutical finishes

Our equipment achieves surface finishes of up to 0.2 $\mu m$ through electropolishing, meeting the most rigorous standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
