Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

We design and manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers with different configurations in accordance with TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) standards.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

We manufacture single-pass and multi-pass shell and tube heat exchangers, featuring either expanded or welded tube-to-tubesheet joints, double tubesheet designs, and pharmaceutical-grade finishes.

Our equipment can be manufactured according to standard TEMA configurations (BEM, NEN, etc.) or with customized geometries tailored to specific process requirements.

We also provide thermal calculations and sizing services to ensure the required process performance is achieved.

Phase-Change Heat Exchangers

We design and manufacture phase-change heat exchangers, including evaporators, reboilers, and condensers.

Heat Exchanger Design Calculations

Our engineering department is fully qualified to perform both thermal and mechanical design calculations for shell and tube heat exchangers.

Hygienic Design

We manufacture double tubesheet heat exchangers for the pharmaceutical industry. The double tubesheet configuration eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between clean process fluids and industrial utilities.

Our proprietary design allows complete drainage of heat exchangers, even in multi-pass configurations or when installed horizontally.

Documentation

We provide thermal and mechanical calculations for our heat exchangers, together with welding and welder qualification documentation, 3.1 material certificates, hydrostatic test reports, and all relevant technical documentation.

Materials

We manufacture heat exchangers using 304L stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and Hastelloy alloys.

Qualified Procedures and Mechanical Reliability

We have qualified procedures in accordance with EN and ASME standards for tube-to-tubesheet joints, ensuring maximum mechanical reliability throughout the entire service life of the equipment.

We perform detailed mechanical design analyses, carefully evaluating thermal expansion effects and determining when expansion joints or expansion compensators are required.

Our quality department closely supervises every stage of manufacturing and finishing to ensure the highest quality standards across all our products.
