We produce industrial vessels in a wide range of geometries, specifically designed to meet the requirements of each process.
Equipment can be manufactured with different head configurations, including Klopper heads, flat heads, and other custom designs.
We also design and manufacture jacketed industrial reactors equipped with agitation systems, developed for processes requiring precise temperature control and mixing performance.
The jackets can be manufactured in various configurations, including conventional jackets, dimple jackets, and half-pipe coil jackets.
We work exclusively with austenitic stainless steels, including 304L, 316L, Duplex, Super Duplex, and other grades. We also manufacture vessels using nickel alloys, Hastelloy, and other special materials.
The surface finish of our equipment complies with the most demanding pharmaceutical industry standards. We can provide surface finishes down to 0.2 µm through electropolishing.
We perform in-house pressure vessel calculations in accordance with the PED, ASME, and AD Merkblatt codes. Our welders are fully qualified for the required welding procedures. We also prepare all technical documentation and certification projects required for the legalization and approval of the pressure vessels we manufacture.
We carry out both destructive and non-destructive testing, including dye penetrant testing, weld inspections, and material composition verification.
Our pressure vessels are delivered with the complete required documentation, including construction drawings, 3.1 material certificates, surface roughness certificates, welding procedures, welder qualifications, hydrostatic test records, calibration certificates for all instruments used, and complete pressure vessel certification dossiers when applicable.
